Who Am I Really?
Where: Online through Zoom
Does your job, relationship, or achievements define you? Where do you seek validation from? What’s driving your feelings, thoughts, and actions? Your identity not only affects your belief about yourself but it also influences the decisions you make. Knowing your God-given identity gives you…confidence, self-esteem and awareness.
If you knew that you were fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14), that would change how you view yourself. What would happen if you had God’s view of your identity? It gives you validation and increases your faith.
When you know that God validates you, you’re no longer worried about your performance. You know that you’re already equipped to do God’s call (2 Corinthians 5:20), and you have faith that He will do the work through you. Gone are the days when you care about what other people think. It puts you in a better position to understand your purpose.
Until you know who and whose you are, you’re going to have a hard time fully understanding why He created you and your purpose. So, what mindset shift do you need in order to know and understand your identity?
Take the first step in discovering the tools that can help you gain understanding of your emotions, thoughts and behavior. Realize how you are perfectly made in His image and learn how to shift your mindset to be transformed and Christ-like.
