Location: Honduras

Daryl started Footsteps Missions in 1999 as a Christian Nonprofit organization to help encourage, train, and equip people in serving those in need around the world. He has traveled to over 45 countries around the world and has led over 100 groups on trips. He also speaks and conducts trainings regularly to help prepare people for service.

Daryl has also implemented “Just One Backpack” which is filled with required school supplies children need to attend school in Honduras. Without the school supplies (which most families cannot afford) a child cannot attend school.

Most recently Daryl has taken on the responsibility overseeing an orphanage, which was passed on to him by the Honduran government. The orphanage not only has a new makeover and a new name “Garden of Love and Hope”, but a New Hope. These children receive nutritious meals, clothing, toys, an education, bible studies and the love of Jesus.

The ultimate goal of Footsteps is to help churches, organizations, schools, and individuals to identify and meet “real” needs of hurting people around the world and share Christ’s Love and the message of the gospel in the process.

Fun Fact: Daryl used to be the youth pastor at Central Peninsula Church, and a worship leader.
