ANNOUNCEMENTS FOR THE WEEK OF OCTOBER 20

 

  • CPC Hiking Group: The CPC Hiking Group is open to all ages and meets once a month on Saturdays for fun, invigorating hikes! Our hikes are typically around 5 miles with moderate elevation gains, and best of all, they're dog-friendly! Whether you're an experienced hiker or just looking for a great way to enjoy the outdoors, we'd love to have you join us. To receive hike notifications and details, email Marilyn!   • Table Welcome Practice Lab: The table might look simple, but sharing a meal transforms it into a place for connection and reflection. Whether hosting feels challenging or rewarding, join us on Sundays, October 20, 27, November 3, 10, from 5-6:30 pm as we explore how to share God's hospitality through food and fellowship. Dinner and CPCKids for ages 0-PreK will be provided! Your RSVP matters, so we have enough food and supplies on hand! Register today!

 

  • Trunk or Treat: Get ready for an unforgettable afternoon at Trunk or Treat! Grab candy from wildly decorated cars, play awesome games, and hang out with friends and neighbors. And the best part? A live performance from the BAYCO choir and orchestra! You don’t want to miss it! Join us Wednesday, October 30, from 3:30-5:30 pm! For more information and to register, go to cpc.org/events!

 

  • Trunk or Treat Candy Donations and Decorated Cars: It’s our annual Trunk or Treat event coming at the end of October and we need your help! Donate a bag of candy! You can drop your bag of candy in the lobby from now until October 29. Interested in decorating your car? Let the MOMCo group know at mops@cpc.org.

 

  • Women At Work: Women at Work is a place where you can find support and friendship as you navigate your unique challenges in the workplace while seeking to integrate your faith in a meaningful way. We gather to affirm and encourage one another to grow and honor God through our work. We meet on the first Saturday of the month. Join us on Saturday, November 2, from 9-10:30 am in the Multipurpose Room at CPC as we discuss “What It Means To Be Called! Register at cpc.org/womenatwork.
